Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Eh-Endress+hauser 11TAS-JM1355EKR1 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Emcor products, including obsoleted and phased-out Eltromat parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 E-mon-D-mon product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Emcor such as the 50092075 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DGC65EXEXAGSEL0 manufactured by Eltromat and we are pleased to be able to service most Eltromat systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature E50480100R06 by Manufacturer E-mon-D-mon as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Endress-Hauser Brand CLS19A1A1A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Emerson such as 36C68327 equipment made by Emerson have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Emerson products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Emerson" in the search box. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DC1005VK4001131ENSCUL by Eisenmann and 36C68327 spares by Emerson are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
